Design Process Directions
The client comes to an architect with an idea in mind. The client and architect work one on one with each other to decide the makeup of the structure.
The architect works with the team of engineers and designers to design the building to the expectation, goals, and the budget given/stated by the client.
The architect presents the layouts and blueprints to the client for approval.
With the approval of the blueprints, the construction process is ready to start.
The architect helps select a general contractor to oversee and start the construction process.
The architect keeps a close eye on the construction process to ensure that the client is getting exactly what he is asking for. They also make sure that the process goes smoothly according to the plans.
Leaving the client with the beautiful final product that they set out for.
